SANJOSE will Build Son Güells Pryconsa Residential Complex in Palma de Mallorca

Pryconsa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for a new multi-family residential building with more than 10,000 square meters of built area and 64 housing units in Palma de Mallorca.

The Son Güells Residential Complex will include 26 price-controlled units and 38 free-market units (ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with spacious terraces, penthouses with solariums, and ground-floor apartments with private gardens), as well as parking spaces, storage rooms, and a large landscaped area featuring green spaces, communal areas with a saltwater pool, and a children’s playground.
