SANJOSE will Build Torre de Poniente Residential Complex in Gijón

Residencial Atria 2022 (Nozar) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of Torre de Poniente Residential Complex in Gijón.

This new development, spanning over 10,000 square meters of built area, comprises three underground levels, a shared ground floor, and two blocks featuring 11 floors plus an attic and 3 floors plus an attic. The project includes 73 housing units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, each with a terrace, as well as storage rooms, parking spaces with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, commercial spaces, and communal areas featuring a gym and a gastroteca.
