SANJOSE will build the Torremagna Residential Complex in Seville

Metrovacesa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works, under the Green Certification, of this new multi-family residential development in Seville with an "L" shape open to the southwest to promote sunlight and orientation of the homes.

In its more than 14,000 square metres of built area, the Torremagna Residential Complex includes 91 homes from 2 to 4 bedrooms, parking spaces, storage rooms and large communal areas with a swimming pool, community centre, children's play area and an upper park for exclusive use.
