SANJOSE will build the Residencial Gardens III and a spa in Estepona, Malaga

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for the Vanian Gardens III Residential Complex, consisting of 49 housing units with 1 to 4 bedrooms with a common basement where the garages and storage rooms are located.

This project, distributed in 4 new blocks that make up the third phase of this exclusive residential development, stands out for its design, location with sea views and for being surrounded by large gardens and modern swimming pools.

Further, Aedas Homes has also awarded SANJOSE Construction the works for the construction of an underground building to be used as a spa with several swimming pools and leisure facilities, as well as the exterior development of the residential plot.
