SANJOSE will Build Vanian Gardens IV Residential Complex in Estepona, Málaga

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution Works of Vanian Gardens IV, which includes 48 residences distributed across three blocks. This new phase of the Vanian Gardens resort, located in the Selwo area between Estepona and San Pedro, features amenities such as four outdoor pools, a spa with an indoor heated pool, a cinema, a youth club, co-working spaces, and more.

SANJOSE has also built Vanian Gardens III and the stunning spa serving the entire complex. Together, these phases and the spa amount to over 20,000 square meters of built space and 97 housing units.
