SANJOSE will Build the Vivantia Residential Complex in Marratxi, Mallorca

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution Works of over 10,000 square meters of built area for the Vivantia residential development in Marratxi, Mallorca.

The new residential complex will feature 67 homes, parking spaces, storage units, and communal areas, including a swimming pool, a shared room with a gastroteca, a gym, bicycle parking, a children's play area, and a concierge service.
