SANJOSE will build the shopping centre Vialia de Vigo

Ceetrus Urban Player Spain has awarded SANJOSE Constructora sundry works related to the execution of the Vialia shopping centre located in the Railway Station of Vigo - Urzáiz. The new centre will have more than 90,000 square metres of built surface, where you can find 35,000 square metres of commercial space (more than 100 premises and 30 restaurants) and 1,200 parking spaces.

 

Among the works to be executed by SANJOSE highlight Lot 1 (demolitions, earthmoving, containment systems, buried networks and concrete structure), Lot 2 (steel structure I), Lots 4 and 5 (masonry), and Lot 15 (plumbing, sanitation and gas works).
