SANJOSE will build Phase I of the Kora Lumen 4-star Hotel Complex in Madrid

Kategora Madbit Development has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of Phase I (below ground level) of Kora Lumen 4-star, a newly built hotel complex located in Madrid’s MADBIT technology district, designed as a hybrid flexible accommodation solution.

The complex, situated on a plot of approximately 9,000 square meters, will feature 325 accommodation units of various types and an extensive range of common areas spanning over 3,000 square meters, including a gym, swimming pool, solarium, coworking spaces, gastronomic txokos, gardens, restaurant, and café.
