SANJOSE will build Stage I of the Marbella Club Hills in Benahavís, Malaga

Marmena Investments has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Stage I of the construction works of the Marbella Club Hills in Benahavís, consisting of 55 multi-family dwellings and a control booth.

The project contemplates the construction in the first stage of 11 blocks of 5 houses each. They are arranged into blocks of 4 floors, with two duplexes on the basement and ground floor. Two apartments on the first floor and an attic with solarium.

As for the design of the houses, modernity blends perfectly (large windows and large spaces) with tradition (pergolas, wooden ceilings and Arabic curved tiles).

Also, to be highlight is its privileged location, since it is on a hill from which you can see the coast of Marbella, and on clear days, the African coast.
