SANJOSE will build Phase I of the Balansae Residential Development in Valladolid

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Phase I of the new construction development consisting of a total of 87 single-family housing units, 49 in this first phase, on a plot of 30,000 square metres.

Balansae has 4-bedroom villas with large gardens on private plots with independent and enclosed garages. In terms of communal areas, it offers a large garden area with swimming pools for adults and children, communal building, children's area, gymnasium, etc.

Phase I also includes the completion of surrounding urban development, including road and pedestrian accesses.
