SANJOSE will build Phase III of the Nerva Residential Development in Denia, Alicante

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for Phase III of the Nerva Residential in Denia, consisting of 39 housing units and a basement for parking spaces.

This spectacular development, distributed across three blocks and entirely built by SANJOSE with this award, comprises a total of 195 housing units ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms (all with terraces), including parking, storage rooms, and spacious commun areas with a swimming pool, social club, and gym. The total built area reaches to 56,338 square meters.
