SANJOSE will build the new Bimba y Lola Headquarters in Vigo, Pontevedra

Bimba y Lola has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the refurbishment and remodelling of a former industrial building dating from 1967 for its new use as the fashion company's headquarters in Vigo, Pontevedra.

 

The project, which will be executed under BREEAM certification standards, is conceived with the utmost respect for the existing building and the environment.

 

The works, which will involve more than 11,000 square metres of built surface, will maintain the original structure, reinforcing it and maintaining its essence and beautiful industrial aesthetics.

 

In terms of sustainability, the new building will stand out for its high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation, significant presence of vegetation, use of local materials, bicycle access facilities, promotion of the use of electric vehicles, etc.
