SANJOSE will build the new student residence Livensa Living at 149 Riera Blanca street in Barcelona

Livensa Living has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of more than 13,000 square meters under the Breeam Very Good certification, of a new 334-room student residence. It is made up of a a complex of two new buildings, distributed over two basement floors and 5 others above ground floors that will be joined by a connection module on the ground floor.
