SANJOSE will build the 122 housing units of Stage II of the Tres Valles Residential Complex in Tres Cantos, Madrid

Proceparsa has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works of Stage II of the Residential Development Three Valleys, consisting of 122 housing units, common areas and garages on plot 1.5 of La Charnela in Tres Cantos, Madrid.

The development consists of a "U" shaped building with three underground floors where parking spaces, storage rooms and facilities are located; the ground floor with common areas, green areas and a swimming pool; and eight top level floors (including penthouse) where the 122 homes are located.

SANJOSE is currently executing Stage I, with 121 housing units and similar features, on plot 1.4 of La Charnela de Tres Cantos.
