SANJOSE will build the Ship to Pier 1 Electrical Substations at the Rota Naval Base, Cádiz

The US Contracting Office - Rota has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction of the necessary works to provide an adequate ground connection for the ships docked at Pier 1 of the US naval base located in Rota, Cádiz.

 

The project includes 2 onshore 4,800 amp power substations and the underground distribution line required to connect to the existing general grid.

 

The electrical substations and outlets will be consolidated into a comprehensive package, with the receptacles positioned on the side (or sides) of the substation enclosure.

 

The project also includes Shore Power industrial stations, the necessary transformers and the demolition and excavation of existing pavements for conduit banks, manholes.
