SANJOSE will build the Tarsia III and Tarsia IV residential developments in Granada

Aedas Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the construction works for the Tarsia III and Tarsia IV residential complexes, which add a total of 110 housing units, all of them with terrace or ground floor with garden, car parking space and storage room.

 

The project, which involves approximately 18,000 square metres of built surface, consists of the execution of three towers joined by a basement and a common ground floor plus 9 floors above ground. Further, the new residential development has several common areas such as a swimming pool, sports court, children's play area, garden areas, etc.
