SANJOSE will Build Every Building in the Jardines Hacienda Rosario Residential Development in Seville, Comprising More Than 1,000 Homes

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Los Príncipes, a residential building comprising 175 one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses, each featuring a private parking space and a terrace ranging from 6 to 10 square meters(65 to 108 sqf)

Los Príncipes is the seventh and final building in the Jardines Hacienda Rosario Residential Development in Seville. All seven buildings have been constructed by SANJOSE Constructora, completing a large-scale residential community comprising 1,045 homes and approximately 150,000 square meters (1.6 million sqf) of gross floor surface.
