SANJOSE will build a Bus Lane on Avenida de Burgos, Madrid

Merlin Properties Socimi has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the works for the implementation of a new bus lane of almost 1 kilometre in length heading out of Madrid along Avenida de Burgos, from the intersection with Avenida de San Luis to the highway from Fuencarral to Hortaleza.

 

The main objective of this new infrastructure in the area of Las Tablas is to improve public transport, avoiding the penalisation of travel times caused by traffic jams at the Manoteras junction and at the roundabout on the A-1 at Francisco Pi y Margall avenue.
