SANJOSE will build a Hall of Residence for the University of León on the Ponferrada Campus

The University of León has awarded SANJOSE Constructora a contract for the refurbishment and adaptation of an existing building to be used as a student residence on the Ponferrada Campus.

 

The project requires specific structural reinforcement works; a comprehensive interior refurbishment in which interior distributions, finishes and installations are demolished so as to create a new layout and update the building; in the outside, the façade is maintained, yet ventilated façade and sate façade cladding will be executed.
