SANJOSE will Build a Multifamily Residential Building on Plot 6 of the El Quintanar Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid

Levitt Las Rozas Residencial II has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to execute the construction works for an exclusive multifamily residential building, part of the El Quintanar Residential Complex, located in the municipality of Las Rozas, Madrid, specifically on Plot 6 of the 'Ámbito Kodak' area.

 

The project, which will be carried out under BREEAM certification standards, includes 88 housing units, parking spaces, storage rooms, and premium communal areas featuring a tennis court.

 

SANJOSE is also constructing another multifamily building on Plot 7 within this large-scale real estate development. Combined, both projects represent more than 36,000 square metres of built surface and a total of 176 homes.
