SANJOSE will Build a Multifamily Residential Building on Plot 7 of the El Quintanar Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid

Levitt Las Rozas Residencial II has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of an exclusive multifamily residential building under BREEAM certification, as part of the El Quintanar Residential Complex located in the municipality of Las Rozas, Madrid, specifically on Plot 7 within the 'Ámbito Kodak' area.

 

The project will encompass over 20,000 square metres of built surface and includes 88 housing units, parking spaces, storage rooms, and premium communal areas featuring two swimming pools.
