SANJOSE will build a residential building with 160 homes for rent in El Cañaveral, Madrid

SPV Reoco 1 (Aedas Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of a residential building with more than 18,000 square meters of built surface consisting of six floors plus attic with two portals in the same block, two basements, ground floor with two commercial premises, swimming pool, paddle tennis court and garden areas.

 

In total, the new residential development will have 160 housing units, 160 storage rooms, 175 parking spaces for cars and 11 more spaces for motorcycles.
