SANJOSE will build a new hotel on Avenida Cardenal Bueno Monreal in Seville

Ybarra y Cía. has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the refurbishment and remodelling of an existing building of more than 7,000 square metres in Seville for its new hotel use.

The new hotel, which will have 128 rooms, several common areas and parking, will be distributed in basement, semi-basement, four floors above ground, penthouse and roof.
