SANJOSE will build a new nursery, family space and sports pavilion in the Sants-Montjuic district of Barcelona

Barcelona Dinfraestructures Municipals has awarded the JV formed by SANJOSE Constructora and Terraco the execution works of a new nursery, family space and sports pavilion at 48-64, Roger Street in the Sants-Badal neighbourhood of Barcelona.

 

The project consists of the refurbishment of a building (already built in structure up to the ground floor) of 17 housing units, 12 parking spaces for cars and 17 storage rooms.

 

The building is divided into ground floor, 2 top level floors and cover.
