SANJOSE Will build a student residence with capacity for over 600 students on Maderas 50 Street in Valencia

Realia Business has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works, under Breeam certification, of a new student residence that will house 478 rooms and more than 600 students on Maderas 50 Street in Valencia.

The residence, which will have more than 16,000 square meters of built area, is designed as a single U-shaped building composed of three attached blocks with varying above-ground heights (8, 6, and 5 floors) plus a penthouse.
