SANJOSE shall demolish the first office of Televisión Española at 75, Paseo de la Habana 75 in Madrid and execute a new building for residential purposes

Martell Investments has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the demolition works of the first office of Televisión Española (currently RTVE), located at 75 of Paseo de la Habana in Madrid.

The awarding to SANJOSE also includes the execution of the structure of a new r3esidential building with 11 housing units, car park spaces, storage rooms and common spaces.
