SANJOSE will Execute Phase I of the Waves NCalma Homes Residential Development in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza

Reco des Sol 2016 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Phase I (structure) of the Waves NCalma Homes Residential Development in Ibiza. The project consists of a detached multi-family building comprising 95 housing units with 2 to 4 bedrooms, parking spaces, and exclusive communal areas including ground floor and rooftop swimming pools, a children’s play area, a gym, and landscaped areas that enhance the urbanization and provide privacy to the complex.
