SANJOSE will improve parking and access to the Ikea store in Jerez de la Frontera

Ikea Centers Spain SL has awarded SANJOSE Constructora sundry works in various parking areas, roads and public roundabouts. Although it is a joint action, three projects have been carried out since works correspond to different employers, including the perimeter road with the accesses.

 

The intervention takes place in the area of the public road and external accesses of the existing complex "Parque Comercial Luz-Shopping", pretending a change of image, the improvement in the existing installation, the protection of inclement weather (with shaded areas, protection of wind and rain protection through pergolas and significant improvement of environmental quality by increasing the planting of species) and favour the pedestrian against the movement of vehicles.
