SANJOSE will carry out sundry works to improve the green areas of the Tempranales neighbourhood in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid

The City Council of San Sebastián de los Reyes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora, in a joint venture with El Ejidillo Viveros Integrales, the "Improvement works for green areas and other open spaces in the Tempranales neighbourhood".

 

The scope of the project, which extends over 4 hectares, includes mainly the following: Timanfaya and Coto de Doñana avenues, roundabouts, creation of new children's playground and exercise areas, with the installation of furniture and games and the maintenance of existing green areas.
