SANJOSE will carry out Lot 2 of the rehabilitation of the municipal administrative building Via Laietana 8-10 in Barcelona

Barcelona Dinfraestructures Municipals has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the Lot 2 (Facilities) of the interior rehabilitation, in order to allow in a second file the implementation of an administrative use in the municipal building Via Laietana 8-10 in Barcelona.

 

The main actions of Lot 2 carried out by SANJOSE are registered inside the building. Externally, the the main work is dismantling of the access staircase to the building, in order to eliminate this architectural barrier. Apart from that works include the implementation of short-distance personal lifting platforms, an emergency elevator and forklift, the installation of water supply, a new network from the connection to the action floors, installation of water supply and water evacuation.

 

Once the project is completely finished, it will house modern offices for nearly 700 City Hall workers.
