SANJOSE will carry out the facilities contract for Phase I of the renovation of the Artèxtil factory and its conversion into the headquarters of the UAB’s Urban Campus for Life and Health Sciences in Sabadell

The Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the facilities work in Phase I of the renovation, rehabilitation, adaptation, and transformation of the historic Artèxtil factory into a new UAB university hub.

Located on Gran Vía, one of the main thoroughfares in the city of Sabadell, the goal is to transform this icon of the city’s textile past into a building dedicated to knowledge and research.
