SANJOSE will carry out the general refurbishment and restructuring of the Sollube Building located at 7, Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán in Madrid

Merlin Properties Socimi has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the general refurbishment and restructuring works of an important office building in the heart of Madrid's business centre, specifically at 7, Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán.

The works, which involve a built surface of approximately 40,000 square meters, contemplate the rearrangement and reinforcement of the current structure, demolition of part of the floors, reinforcement of foundations, interior fittings, layouts, etc.
