SANJOSE will carry out the maintenance of the air conditioning of the health centres of the Northern and North-western areas of the Community of Madrid

The Madrid Health Service (SERMAS - Servicio Madrileño de Salud) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the Preventive, Technical-Legal and Corrective Maintenance Service of the Air Conditioning and Air Conditioning Facilities in 115 Social Security Primary Health Care Centres (Local Health Care Offices and Health Centres), distributed in the Northern and North-western areas of the Community of Madrid. In total, more than 160,000 square meters of built surface are involved.
