SANJOSE will Execute Phase II of the Waves Marina Residential Project in Ibiza

Marina Santa Eulalia has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Phase II (Architecture and Facilities) of the Waves Marina Residential project, located on the seafront in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza.

Waves Marina is a luxury multi-family building offering 32 apartments with 2 to 4 bedrooms, each featuring 180º sea views, high-end design, premium materials, and finishes. The project also includes ground-floor retail space, parking spaces, storage rooms, and exclusive common areas, such as a rooftop infinity pool, a spa, and a gym.

SANJOSE previously completed Phase I (Structure) of the project.
