SANJOSE will carry out Phase II of the renovation of the 4-star Princesa Plaza Madrid Hotel

Selenta Princesa Propco has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the comprehensive renovation and modernization Works (phase II) of the common areas of the emblematic 4-star Princesa Plaza Madrid Hotel, built in 1976.

Previously, SANJOSE has also carried out Phase I of the project, which included the enhancement and modernization of more than 400 rooms, hallways, and facilities distributed in the two buildings of 14 and 7 floors that make up the hotel.
