SANJOSE will carry out the integral refurbishment of Porto Pi Shopping Centre in Palma de Mallorca

Merlin Properties Socimi has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the comprehensive refurbishment works for all the facilities and common areas of Porto Pi Shopping Centre in Palma de Mallorca.

Specifically, the project contemplates the refurbishment of accesses, facilities, complete replacement of the façade, interior common spaces, stair core and conditioning and creation of new exterior spaces.

On the outside, it should be noted that the new façade will provided the development with unity and coherence, the common thread being a micro-perforated sheet with sophisticated folds that create lights and shadows, giving rise to new sensations and perceptions.

Also with the intention of unifying the exterior area of the terraces, a pergola will be created that runs through most of the exterior space, functioning as an identifying element and producing shade and comfort in this climate so characteristic of the island.
