SANJOSE will carry out the development of the Paraninfo de Tres Cantos, Madrid

The Tres Cantos City Council has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for Phase I of the Paraninfo de Tres Cantos, which mainly includes its urban development: demolition and earthworks, drainage network, foundations and structures, paving and cladding, supply, lighting, utilities, gas, reclaimed water, and street furniture.

The new Paraninfo includes the creation of a natural park in the surroundings of newly constructed public buildings that will enhance the urban activity of Tres Cantos to generate a new area of activity and leisure in a unique setting with a marked environmental and ecological character.
