The Gregorio Marañón University Hospital has awarded SANJOSE Construction the energy rehabilitation project for the Provincial Rehabilitation Institute, a work framed within the objectives of the PIREP Programme (Programme to Promote the Rehabilitation of Public Buildings), whose specific objectives are to adapt the thermal production and consumption elements to achieve a reduction of more than 30% in the building's energy consumption.
The present project maintains the existing volumetry of the building, as it will mainly act on the interior of the building, occupying only the necessary space on the current roofs for the location of the new installation equipment, mainly photovoltaic equipment and that intended for the air-conditioning of the rooms.
