SANJOSE will refurbish the 4-stars Sol Barbacán Hotel in Maspalomas.

Gran Canaria Barbacán has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the refurbishment works of the 4-star Sol Barbacán Hotel located in Playa del Inglés in the Gran Canaria town of Maspalomas. A hotel complex, whose construction dates back to 1980, and which currently has 94 apartments in the main building and 56 bungalows.

The project mainly consists of the structural refurbishment of the main building, the demolition and new execution of the buffet area, and the renovation and updating of the electrical, plumbing and air conditioning installations.
