SANJOSE will refurbish building at 31, Goya St. in Madrid

Topland Investiments has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the refurbishment works of the old 5* Adler 5 Hotel in Madrid, located at 31, Goya Street, corner with 33, Velázquez Street.

Refurbishment works have the aim of adapting the building to commercial use in the basement, lower and first floors, and offices in the rest of the floors, maintaining the existing use of the garage in the other three underground floors.

The Project aspires to the LEED Core & Shell rating with Gold rating.
