SANJOSE will refurbish the residential building located at 4, García de Paredes in Madrid

G de Paredes SL has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the refurbishment works of the residential building located at 4, García de Paredes St. in the central neighbourhood of Chamberi in Madrid.

The project consists of the refurbishment of a building (already built in structure up to the ground floor) of 17 housing units, 12 parking spaces and 17 storage rooms.

The works will consist mainly of completing the metallic and reinforced concrete structure, remodelling the existing protected façade and completing the building with the execution of the roof, interior divisions, finishes and facilities.

The building is divided into 2 basement floors, ground floor, 6 top level floors and a roofed pool.
