SANJOSE will refurbish and remodel the commercial area located at 83-85, Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid

Monthisa Real Estate 2020 has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the more than 17,000 square metres of built surface within the refurbishment/remodelling project and the exterior works in existing multi-storey premises that form part of a large commercial area located at 83-85, Paseo de la Castellana St. in the emblematic area of “Nuevos Ministerios” in the city of Madrid.

The project requires demolition works, structural reinforcements, a new double-skin curtain wall facade and all installations and finishes.
