SANJOSE will develop the Sunc-R-LO.11 'La Térmica Phase I' sector, Málaga

The Junta de Compensación Sunc-R-LO.11 Térmica has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the urbanization of the Sunc-R-LO.11 'La Térmica Phase I' sector in Málaga.

 

The site, spanning over 90,000 square meters where the old Central Térmica de la Misericordia was located, will be developed to include networks for sanitation, water supply, irrigation, medium and low voltage electricity, public lighting, telecommunications, gas, paving, landscaping, and urban furniture.

 

Additionally, the project encompasses the extension of the seafront promenade in front of the site.
