SANJOSE will Build the Livermore Residential Complex in Málaga

Impulsa Málaga Promociones (KPC) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of Residencial Livermore, an exclusive luxury development comprising 12 homes with sea views, private pools, parking spaces, and storage rooms, located in eastern Málaga, next to El Morlaco Park.

The building, designed and executed under the BIM methodology, features an irregular, almost trapezoidal floor plan with three basement levels and four above-ground floors plus a rooftop solarium.
